KNIME (pronounced NIME) Analytics is a visual open source platform for data analysis and includes tools for analyzing text.
Instead of learning coding, you can drag and drop "nodes" into your workspace and connect them with arrows to create workflows. You can also configure the nodes to upload the documents you want to analyze or to edit a list of stop words, or other aspects of the processing that you want to change.
