Avoid Losing Your Library Search Favorites (Pinned Items)

If you utilize your Library Account to "pin" favorites you need to take action right away. From July 24th to September 30th your current Library Account will be "read only." After that point it will become inaccessible and you will lose information on:

  • Saved items (Favorites / Pinned Items)
  • Saved Searches
  • Loan history

Because this information will not be transferred to the new Library Search, follow these basic steps to preserve information on your saved items (step-by-step tip sheets are below). Note: saved searches and loan history cannot be exported in a similar way.

  1. Log into your account and select Saved Records in My Favorites
  2. Email the listing to yourself OR Export to a Citation Manager
  3. To access your old Primo account follow this link:
