Getting and Sharing Citations

Databases often provide an article citation.

Here is how Academic Search Ultimate looks:

 

1) Click the Article Title;Example article title


2) Look to the Right. Click on the Cite Icon and select the particular style - copy and paste the citation;

OR 3) Export the citation to a Citation Manager;

OR 4) Email the article and a formatted citation at the same time; select the particular style:


Disclaimer: these computer-generated citations still need to be looked over by you for accuracy!

(For example, APA uses "sentence case" capitalization for Journal titles, so in the below example, every word of the title should not be capitalized.)
