If you want the full text of the dissertation, you must do an InterLibrary Loan requesting the title. There will likely be a cost for this service but we will let you know ahead of time.
You may prefer to buy a personal copy (digital or print). This option is available from the vendor.
Make sure to perform an internet search before buying a copy, as there may be a free version.
