ICPSR maintains and provides access to a vast archive of social science data for research and instruction (over 14,000 discrete studies/surveys with more than 65,000 datasets). A unit within the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan, ICPSR is a membership-based organization, with approximately 760 member colleges and universities and other research institutions around the world.

Provides FAQ's about using ICPSR data such as how to access, analyze, download and document data. Also includes a glossary of social science terms and acronyms.
ICPSR YouTube Channel
Provides videos which address a variety of topics including step by step instructions on using and troubleshooting set-up files and creating a MyData account, and learning about some of the archives housed at ICPSR, such as RCMD and Research Connections or using ICPSR resources in the classroom, such as Inquiry-Based Learning.
ICPSR Classroom Exercises
Standardized exercises introduce key concepts in the social sciences by guiding students through a series of questions and related data analyses. Analyses are preset so students can focus on content rather than mechanics of data analysis. The 54 student exercises cover a wide variety of topics including gender and occupation, homelessness, crime victimization in the U.S., voter turnout, and gambling behavior.
