A variety of items that support wellness. Click on the image to learn more. These can all be checked-out at the Access Services window on the 2nd Floor. 

The box of the electronic timer

Along with many other uses, this timer can be used to block out time for studying, focus breaks, or meditation. Batteries are included. There are five of these available for checkout.

The box of Gratitude Cards 

We have two decks of gratitude cards available for checkout. "Featuring original illustrations and packaged in a keepsake box, this motivational card deck will help you cultivate a daily gratitude practice you can carry with you throughout your life. The box for the light therapy lamp 

These light therapy lamps may help with improving mood, sleep, focus, and energy. We have five of these available for checkout. Lamps will need to be plugged in. Please keep the items with the box and return all items when done.

The six available colors of stress ball 

We have 12 stress relief balls available for checkout. There are many benefits of using stress balls. They may help alleviate anxiety, promote blood circulation, and improve strength in hands and forearms.

Yoga mat

There are five yoga mats available for checkout. Please wipe down the mat with a multi-purpose cleaner before and after use.
