Deciding which journal to submit your manuscript to for publication is multifaceted. 

Below you'll find links to resources that might help you with your decision.  But also, don't be afraid to ask for advice! Talk to your colleagues, advisors/mentors, librarian, etc.

Suggested order of searching (additional sources and details below):

1. Country of Papers or Journal Citation Reports - Identify journal titles in the subject area
2. JANE - Journal Author Name Estimator - input a PICO, abstract or subject keywords to see which journals match using an algorithm
3. Instructions to Authors - investigate the journals you have identified to see if the aim/scope, audience and type of manuscript match what the journal generally publishes.
