Things to Know

✔  May install on up to 3 mobile devices (use same authentication key if installing all at same time)

✔  The amount of storage space required and the time needed to install the app varies depending upon how much content you choose to download:

Online Only: downloads minimal content to device; Internet connection is required to use app

Partial Install: downloads text and image thumbnails; Internet connection is required to view full images

Full Install: downloads all text and images; Internet connection is not required to use app

✔  If you choose the Partial or Full Install (see above), content is automatically updated while the app is in use and you are online. If you have not used the app while online, open the app when you have Internet access and check Update Status in app to see if content updates need to be downloaded.

✔  Authentication expires after 6 months, email yourself a new authentication key to keep using it (detailed instructions). Open the email on each device on which you installed the app.

Installing App

OR

  1. Log in to DynaMed Plus (if off-campus).
  2. Click on the Get the DynaMed Plus Mobile App link.
  3. Complete the form to receive an email with instructions.
    Note: If you don't receive the email immediately, check your Spam or Junk folder for a message from donotreply@ebsco.com.
  4. Delete DynaMed app if already installed on your mobile device.
  5. Follow the instructions in the email. Install the DynaMed Plus Android or Apple iOs app on your mobile device.
  6. View the email on your device and use the authentication key to enter the app. Follow the instructions to set up your app.

Renew Access

  1. Log in to DynaMed Plus website on your PC or mobile device.
  2. Click on the Get the DynaMed Plus Mobile App link.
  3. Complete the form to receive an email with instructions.
    Note: If you don't receive the email immediately, check your Spam or Junk folder for a message from donotreply@ebsco.com.
  4. View the email on your device and click on the authentication key (Step 2) link.

If the app does not work properly after following the steps above:

  1. Delete the app on your device.
  2. Download the app again.
  3. View the email on your device and click on the authentication key (Step 2) link.
