If you are a North Dakota resident, you may be able to freely log in to these resources through your local public library or the North Dakota State Library.
To log in through the State Library, first apply for a library card. Once you receive your card, log in to these databases with your library card bar code (on back of card) and your password (often your last name).
If you are a resident of Minnesota, you have access to the Electronic Library for Minnesota (ELM). You may be prompted for a current, valid library card to authenticate your status as a Minnesota resident.
