There are different rooms in the building that need to be / can be reserved. This section has instructions!

CFL Room policy

Conference Rooms

Rooms

  • 217 D (in administration)
  • 406 (4th floor, double doors)

Send people to Jenny in administration to arrange for booking these rooms.

Classrooms

Rooms

  • 108 (across from vending area on 1st floor)
  • 301 (facing the H collection of books on 3rd floor)

Send people to Brian to book these rooms.

Generally it must be a professor handling this. They are highly utilized rooms even for our librarians to be using for instruction.

 

Reservable recording studio and study rooms

These spaces can be booked by anyone!

Study rooms are 304 and 305.

Step by step instructions:

  • Go to library homepage (library.und.edu)
  • Click on Library Services (just above "Search Library")
  • Click on One Button Studio (down a ways on the left hand listings)
  • Click on Make Reservations (center of 3 line options)
  • Follow instructions
