CFL Student Employee Training

In the past, seniors were responsible for working the nights and weekends. Nights are now covered by seniors first, then any student that can assist. This shift is because we now require one full time staff in the building as well.

Not everyone will be moving on to be a senior. However, both Information and Materials PSAs will qualify to become one.

This tab is for those working as seniors.

Requirements:

• At least one full semester completed in the department before consideration
• excellent evaluation form
• ability to handle emergencies, incident report forms, work orders
• has mastered 2 items in tech and tools (and has done observable workshops)
• has been recommended by supervisors

You are expected to set which of you is 1 and which is 2 IMMEDIATELY after punching in. This way, once an emergency goes into play, you know which card you are each supposed to follow.

The cards are provided as soon as you complete your senior training and get clipped behind your name badge.
