Register for a New York Times Account
The first time you access the New York Times, you will need to create a free account using your UND email address.
1. Open the database from this page by clicking on the green “Access Database” button in the top left
2. On the New York Times landing page, click on the black “Create Account” button
3. Enter your UND email address and hit the black “Continue” button
4. Create a password (this does NOT have to be your UND password) and hit the black “Create Account” button
5. Select the “Student” or “Faculty/ Staff” button that best describes your UND status
6. Finish setting up your account
