Streaming Movies
Use Academic Videos Online (AVON) to find online videos to stream:
- On the AVON homepage, click on the 3 bars in the top left corner, then click on 'Collections'
- There are various collections related to theatre arts to browse through
- To filter through a collection, click on the orange button in the middle of the collection's page (it has an image of a filter funnel on it).
- You can filter the collection by subject, publisher, person, content type, language, and release date
Notable collections for theatre arts:
- Broadway on Demand A mixture of documentaries, master classes and actual musical, play, and dance performances.
Helpful Hints for DVDs
Select the Books, Media and more drop-down menu option in the search from the library's homepage
- Limit to Resource Type ... Videos
- DVDs are kept on the 3rd floor
- 30 day checkout period
- Some Musical Theatre classics are available at the Hughes Fine Arts Music Library
