Library Services for Clinical Faculty

Get Full-Text Articles

Follow these steps:

  1. Fill out and submit the online application for a library account. 
     
  2. Watch for an email confirming your account name and password. (Accounts are reviewed and approved during normal business hours, so please allow time for processing.)
     
  3. Log in to online resources (including PubMed) at the Library Resources website or on the Southwest Clinical Campus list of resources used most often.
     
  4. Click on the Find it @ UND button where available to get full-text articles.

 

Order Items Unavailable at UND

Follow these steps:

  1. Apply for an interlibrary loan (ILL) user account. (You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been approved.)
     
  2. Log in to resources and click on the Find it @ UND  button in your search results.
     
  3. If full-text online access is not available, look for a link to Request through Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad - Library of the Health Sciences) and log in to request the item.
     
  4. Review information on the request form and click on the Submit button.

Other Services

  •     Training and Consultations -- Email Erika for individual help with any Library resources. You also can request a presentation for a group.
     
  •     Literature Searching -- Email Erika to request a literature search or assistance with your own research.

​Preceptors may earn up to 14.5 CME credits by reviewing the information on the site. New content is added on a regular basis. An email is sent from the site administrator each month, directing preceptors to that month’s key topic areas.
